During 2015, the Alamo Area Resource Center (AARC) has served a total of 1,393 clients. During this period 264 new clients have accessed services in 2015 and 10 clients passed away. Women today represent 24.55% of our clients, men 73.44%, and transgender (Male to female) 2.01 %. Hispanic and African American represent 80 % of the total population served at AARC, 59.30% and 21.11% respectively, White 18.23%, Asian 0.65%, Native American/Alaskan 0.36%.
Including the total of testing made under the Prevention Program P.U.S.H (1,198) and THRIVE-EIS (729) by outreach staff this year. AARC has reached so far this year a total of 3,320 unduplicated clients.
