We understand that there are different stages of acceptance of an HIV diagnosis, and our counselors are here to help. Our services aim to help clients manage their mental health and aid in providing proactive coping mechanisms to continue living their life. Counseling sessions can be conducted individually or in a group setting. All of our counselors are licensed and are committed to helping clients achieve their personal goals.

How do I make an appointment to see a counselor?

First, AARC eligibility paperwork must be completed with our intake services. An appointment can be made by calling AARC’s main number to establish eligibility.

A Mental health Assessment/Substance Abuse Assessment and a psychosocial assessment will be filled at first appointment. 

Do you offer psychiatric services?

Yes, AARC offers psychiatric services two times a week.

Do you offer video counseling sessions?

Yes, services are offered both in person and video.
